This bald eagle was sitting at the top of a tree in Windsor, Colorado. I stopped nearby and walked over to get some pictures. As I walked closer, the eagle kept looking back through the branches and keeping an eye on me to make sure I didn't get too close. I kept my distance so not to disturb the eagle and cause it to fly away.
