This whitetail buck was photographed in the river bottoms in north-eastern Colorado. This buck was in the rut and was rubbing his antlers on this wooden post and leaving his scent as he passed through. Several bucks were using this post to rub and leave their scent by. There were quite a bit of wood shavings at the base of this post.
