Description
This bull elk was photographed in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. This was during the rut season and this bull came in and started thrasing his antlers in the brush. He spent about three to five minutes rubbing his antlers and leaving his scent in the area. He would stop and bugle every now and then as well. He then headed out to try and herd up some cow elk.
