This image was taken west of Red Feather Lakes in Colorado in Roosevelt National Forest. This area was burned down in a forest fire many decades ago and many of the decaying trees are very unique. Most of the dead trees have fallen over and the exposed roots create unique pices of art. They really look nice in the evenings as the sun is setting and shining directly on them.
